LANCEFIELD UNITING CHURCH
The mission of the Lancefield Uniting Church is to maintain the faith, to provide a welcoming place of worship and reflection, and to deliver the Christian message through its work in the community.
The Lancefield Uniting Church embraces the mission of the wider Uniting Church - to share the Good News of Jesus Christ; to respond with compassion to human need; to live justly and seek justice for all; to care for creation; and to respect and learn from each generation and culture as they approach and share the Gospel.
Every Sunday the church is open to the public for worship.
Morning tea commences at 10:15 am with the worship service beginning at 10:45am
Holy Communion is celebrated on the third Sunday of each month.
The church is also open for private prayers and meditation every Wednesday from 11am-3pm (when Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted)
Covid-19 compliance via Q/R or sign-in needed until further notice. The church is sanitized everyday it is open.
Lancefield Uniting Church also offers classical music programs every second Tuesday at 2:00pm.
As well as classical music, jazz and blues nights are an informal gathering every Thursday night at 7:30pm.
